AURORA Resort Villas, a prestige project by Country View Bhd, was unanimously voted the winner of Ingenious Resort Living Development in a property excellence awards this year.

The award was officially presented by iProperty to Country View at the latter’s Nusa Sentral sales gallery in Iskandar Puteri.

Country View was represented by its group general manager Francis Yee, chief financial officer Alvin Ong, sales head Andrew Tan and their teams.

Aurora Resort Villas is the first project to be launched in a 66.4ha development known as Aurora Sentral.

The 464 villas are located in a resort-themed development characterised by lush parks and gardens.

It is the first landed strata development in Iskandar Puteri that offers concierge services and a full-fledged clubhouse.

Another unique feature of the development is its seamless walking and cycling path of approximately 3km, connecting each villa to the clubhouse with beautifully crafted landscaping along the back gardens.

The development is located opposite two world-renowned international schools –- Marlborough College Malaysia and Raffles American School.

The meticulously designed villas have spacious built-up areas of 2,833 sq ft, making them perfect for retreats, staycations and other commercial activities.

Located in the heart of Iskandar Puteri, which is surrounded by renowned schools and universities, private hospitals, Puteri Harbour, Legoland and Kota Iskandar administrative centre,

it has excellent connectivity to major highways, allowing seamless travel to Johor Baru and Singapore.

Country View is confident that Aurora Resort Villas will be in the forefront of creating environments that enrich, invigorate and inspire liveability in Iskandar Puteri.

“This is an achievement we are very proud of.

“In a year where challenges and obstacles have hit us all, it is a recognition of excellence that we do not take lightly, ” said Tan.
